3. CRYOGENIC DESIGN FEATURES

Extended Bonnet: Sufficient gas column length to ensure packing area remains above 0 °C during operation.

Cavity Pressure Relief: Upstream and downstream vent holes drilled in the ball to prevent cavity over-pressurization.

Anti-Blowout Stem: Designed with integral shoulder to prevent stem ejection.

Low Emission Sealing: Primary lip seal stem packing system suitable for temperatures down to -196 °C (-321 °F).

Material Certification: All castings and welded components are certified for low-temperature impact toughness per applicable standards.
